Alowdoseofpepstatinshowsaninhibitionofedemaformation,andintraperitonealinjectionof1.25mg/kgofpepstatincausesa30%inhibitionwithaaverylowtoxicity[1].PepstatinincreasesLC3-IIlevels,whileitisrevertedby3-methyladenine(3-MA)[2].
